1. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government Scholarship

• Award: Up to HKD 6,24,000 (INR 58.9 lakhs)
• Duration: Full course duration

2. Endeavour Merit Award (EMA)

• Eligibility: Students with special educational needs and CGPA ≥ 2.5, enrolled in UG/PG programs
• Award: HKD 15,000 (INR 1.42 lakhs)
• Duration: One-time payment

Non-Government & University-Linked Scholarships

1. Self-financing Post-secondary Education Fund

This includes five scholarships: Outstanding Performance, Best Progress, Talent Development, Reaching Out, and Endeavour Scholarship.

• Eligibility: Full-time students in self-financing sub-degree or bachelor’s degree programs
• Award: Varies depending on scholarship type

2. Hong Kong Ph.D. Fellowship Scheme

• Eligibility: Exceptional students applying to one of 8 major Hong Kong universities for Ph.D.
• Award: HKD 3,19,200/year (INR 30.1 lakhs) + HKD 13,300/year travel allowance
• Duration: 3 years (extendable)

3. Sir Edward Youde Memorial Fellowship

• Eligibility: Must have stayed in Hong Kong for 3 years, enrolled in master's/Ph.D., not employed full-time
• Award: HKD 50,000 (INR 4.72 lakhs), interest-free loan
• Duration: One-time

4. Postgraduate Studentship

• Eligibility: Enrolled in full-time postgraduate research program
• Award: Monthly stipend of HKD 26,600 + HKD 13,300/year travel allowance
• Duration: Up to 3 years

5. Research Tuition Scholarship

• Eligibility: Research students with 12 months of study and GPA ≥ 3.5
• Award: 1-year tuition exemption (2 years for part-time)

University Scholarships in Hong Kong

1. Wong Man Kit Scholarship (University of Hong Kong)

• Eligibility: HKU SPACE Community College graduate, GPA ≥ 3.0
• Award: HKD 45,000 (INR 4.25 lakhs)
• Duration: Full course

2. Chow Yei Ching School of Graduate Studies Entrance Scholarship (CityU)

• Eligibility: Excellent academic record, enrolling in MPhil/Ph.D. program
• Award: Covers tuition + on-campus housing (HKD 82,000)

3. Chinese University of Hong Kong Scholarships for Overseas Studies

• Eligibility: Academic excellence, UG applicants under age 25
• Award: Tuition + airfare + living expenses up to HKD 3,00,000 (INR 28.3 lakhs)

4. Outstanding Athletes Entrance Scholarship (CityU)

• Eligibility: Nominated athletes in sports like Basketball, Tennis, Swimming, etc.
