BWEC Admission 2025

BWEC admissions are done on the basis of marks secured in the respective entrance test, like AP EAMCET. This is followed by counselling on the basis of the rank secured in the entrance test. Candidates, after AP EAMCET, undergo counselling based on rank, where they select their desired courses. For management quota seats, admission is based on marks obtained in the 10+2 (or equivalent) examination. A separate process for students seeking admission under management seats, where the 10+2 marks are considered.

Candidates need to meet the eligibility criteria set by Acharya Nagarjuna University, with which the college is affiliated. For B.Tech, this generally includes a minimum percentage in 10+2 (e.g., 45% for the general category). Procedure for sanctioning the scholarship: The standardized procedure for the sanctioning of scholarships within the institute is as follows. The process ensures fairness, transparency, and timeliness in awarding financial aid to deserving students.

1. Process of Application: The application form along with supporting documents must be submitted by applicants in the 3rd semester of their undergraduate program during each academic year.

2. Procedure of Selection: Applications would be examined by a Scholarship Committee, which would consist of the Head of the Departments (HODs) and administrative personnel. Decisions will be made based on a detailed review of eligibility criteria, supporting documents.

3. Awarding & Distribution: The number of free ships/scholarships with a value of Rs. 10,000/- will be informed to the recipient at the award time, and the amount is credited directly to the applied student.

4. Responsibilities & Administration: The Financial Aid Office of the institute carries out the administration of free ships and scholarships, such as spreading information, processing applications, and coordination with the Scholarship Committee.

Library: The library has a collection of more than 50500 Books covering over 7000 Titles. In addition, there are 115 national and international journals, periodicals, and online journals. There is also a digital library with a wide collection of soft resources for students.

Computer Labs: BWEC, in its endeavour to provide opportunities for the finest technical education, includes the PCB Design Lab, Antenna Engineering Lab, Microwave Engineering Lab, Software Engineering Lab, and Multimedia etc.

Sports Complex: BWEC has a sports club with facilities for tennis, basketball, badminton, yoga, and indoor table tennis. Our students participate in inter-collegiate, inter-university, and state-level tournaments enthusiastically.
