🏛️ History & Vision
Founded in 1949 by Pt. Indu Shekhar Jha at the suggestion of India’s first President Dr. Rajendra Prasad, the institution originally focused on commerce education for Bihar’s underserved. Over time, it expanded to include:
- Science (1957)
- Arts (1960)
- Law (1963)
Renamed in 2016, it became a PG center of Magadh University, and in 2018, was reconstituted as part of Patliputra University
