Government polytechnic Kulsari (GPK) is one of the best institutes providing technical education in Chamoli. The institute was established in 2013 and it is approved by AICTE, New Delhi. Application process

• Then, the board will release admit card for the UBTER JEEP exam.
• The exam is of 3 hours duration conducted in offline mode. This needs to be cleared with good ranking or prescribed cut off.
• The result will be announced by the UBTER.
• After the release of the result, the counselling for admission begins.
• The qualified candidates can participate in counselling held at the declared participating institutes.
• The candidates should choose Government polytechnic Kulsari as the preferred institution.
• After counselling, the institutes will release a final seat allotment list after which students can reach the college for admission.
