Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar College of Engineering (RRSDCE), Begusarai is one of the premier institute of Bihar under Department of Science & Technology, Government of Bihar. RRSDCE Begusarai marked its humble beginning in 2016. The institute is situated around 33 acres of land with all premier facilities.
Rastrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar College of Engineering, Begusarai gives a quality education in science, engineering technology and humanities. It is imparting high quality education & values at UG (B.Tech) through its experienced faculty well versed in their respective field of engineering and technology with well equipped laboratories. At present the Institute has Six disciplines viz. Chemical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering(Data Science), Civil Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering and well established departments of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Humanities.

Administration
Administration and Management:- Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar College of Engineering is a full-fledged Govt. Institution in the Deptt. of Science & Technology, Govt. of Bihar and is bound to function as such. However in Academic and related areas it has to be responsive and participants in the decisions and deliberations of All India Council for Technical Education and other apex bodies like Indian School for Technical Education, Technical Teachers Training Institutes etc. ensuring innovations in Pedagogical and practical aspects of Technical Education. The Administration and Management of the Institute are oriented to these ends too.
Though the Principal is the overall in-charge of all activities and movements of the Institute for smooth functioning and making administration work efficient the following service departments work each under a Professor of proven capability.
Affiliation
The Institute is academically governed by Bihar Engineering University, Patna which is the B.Tech degree awarding authority for the institute and is affiliated by the A.I.C.T.E., New Delhi. The institute runs under the aegis of Department of Science & Technology, Government of Bihar.
