The vision of the Sarhad college, which is the Best College in Pune city, is to provide quality education to students from all sections of the society. The attempts to make avail of various government scholarships to the reserved category students, and a few scholarships were given at college level and management level to the deserving open category students. Mr. Sanjay Nahar Scholarship is started in our college for one student of the third year from 2018-19 onwards. The criteria are that the student should have outstanding performance and be economically weak.
Sarhad has given its best to lay stress on providing education for the deprived, poor, and strife-ridden, who form a bulk of those seeking admissions here. The college has shown dramatic changes since its inception in both academics and administration. It has accomplished a number of milestones over time. We have been student-centric and always strive hard for their complete development. Sarhad College of Arts, Commerce, and Science, established in 2008, is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and is located in the vibrant city of Pune, Maharashtra. Founded by Mr. Sanjay Nahar, the institution is home for more than 2,700 students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. With a multidisciplinary approach, the college offers a wide range of programs, including BA, B.Com,B.com-ca, B.Com-BM, B.Sc, MA, M.Com, M.Sc-cs, Msc-ca and a Ph.D. Research Centre in Commerce.
