BSc Overview
BSc is a 3-year Undergraduate-level course that aims to cultivate expertise in basic sciences such as BSc Biotechnology, BSc Computer Science, BSc Physics, BSc Psychology, etc. among students. The full form of BSc is Bachelor of Science. It involves theoretical learning of in-depth concepts, as well as practical experience through laboratory experiments.
Candidates who have successfully passed their 10+2 with 50-60% in the PCM (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics) or PCB (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) stream are eligible to apply for the BSc Course. The BSc Admissions are based on entrance exams such as NPAT, CUET, CUCET, SET and so on. Most BSc Colleges accept CUET scores as the primary eligibility criteria along with 12th marks, while some institutions have university-specific tests, e.g., Chandigarh University, Banaras Hindu University, etc.
