INI CET 2026 Overview
The INI CET 2026 January session was conducted on 9th November 2025, by AIIMS New Delhi, to get admission into postgraduate medical courses in top institutes of India.
More than 80,000 candidates have appeared for the exam by competing for 1,300 seats in MD, MS, MDS, DM and MCh programs across AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST.

As per the initial feedback, the exam was of a moderate to difficult level, with more focus on clinical and case-based questions as compared to the May 2025 session. More questions were asked on topics like medicine, surgery, and obstetrics & gynaecology.

INI CET Syllabus 2026

The INI CET Eligibility criteria is set by AIIMS, New Delhi and will be applicable for admission into participating institutes of National Importance.
