• The students first need to apply for admission online on the college's website or offline on the college premises.
• Then the student needs to meet the eligibility criteria for their courses and they are:
  • Class XII scores.
  • Scores of JEE examinations of the current year.
• If the student is applying for a master’s level course then he/she needs to complete their graduation with the required scores and give the GATE examination.
• Then after the above steps, the students will be shortlisted and selected for admission and then they will be notified about their admission confirmation.
• After successfully getting admission to the college the students need to deposit the course fee and submit all the necessary documents and certificates for completing the admission process and to avail of the scholarship.

KCC Institute has financial aid for the students in the name of scholarships, they are:

• Scholarship for students belonging to the reserved category such as SC/ ST/ OBC.
• Scholarship for students who are financially weak or belong to poor background families.

B.Tech Scholarships

• If the students have maintained 90% in all the mandatory subjects, they will get a 100% concession in the 1st-semester tuition fee.
• If the students have maintained marks between 80 to 89% in all the mandatory subjects, they will get a 50% concession in the 1st-semester tuition fee.
• If the students have maintained marks between 75 to 79% in all the mandatory subjects, they will get a 25% concession in the 1st-semester tuition fee.
• If the students have maintained marks between 70 to 74% in all the mandatory subjects, they will get a 15% concession in the 1st-semester tuition fee.

• If the student has played any tournament on National Level, then he/she will get a concession of 25% on the 1st Semester fee.
• If the student has played any tournament on State Level, then he/she will get a concession of 15% on the 1st Semester fee.
• If the student has played any tournament on the zonal or district Level, then he/she will get a concession of 5% on the 1st Semester fee.
